Login into router local web-based page Please insert SIM card to router to get 3G/4G network first. Or the router can get the network from switch router/PC by RJ45 cable, and make the computer to capture the IP automatically. When it capture a IP, please open the link http://192.168.9.1 to get into the configuration window. 1.2 Configure WAN parameters A. If you get the 3G/4G network by SIM card, please click “ English version --- WAN --- PPPoE” Option and change the work mode to “ PPOE Disable” . Note: If the router has 4G communication module but with 3G SIM card, you have to configure the parameters of dial center, user account and password on “Wireless” option. If you get the 3G/4G network by switch router/PC, please click “ English version --- WAN Apclient” option firstly. Second, ticking “enable static IP” frame. Thirdly, set “static ip” and “gw ip”. Click “Basic--WIFI” option on the left bar of page. 2. Activate the function by ticking the “WIFI” frame, and apply it. 3. Name the wifi ID then you can find the wifi hostpot when power on the router with TF card. See the detail steps as below. Note: This function is only valid for blocking the specific URL. If you want to block the extensive domain name, please refer to 1.5 clause. 1. Click “Advance--Filter” option on the left bar of the page; 2. Click “Submit” to finish add a new filter rule; after click “OK” you will find a new rule has been generate on the page, see as below; 4. Choose “Discarded packets matching following rules”; 5. Tick up “Setup Client Ip filter”; 6. Click “Apply” and “OK” to finish the operation. 7. If more URL need to block, please repeater above operation. 8.
